Commercial Sports Media (CSM) is a leading consultancy firm at the intersection of sport, media rights, and the commercial marketplace. The sports industry is undergoing a major transformation, where financial strategies and capital structures will play an increasingly important role in shaping future growth.

We are now looking to strengthen our team of ten consultants with an expert in sport and finance.

Your Role

• Advise leading sports rights holders, investors, and federations on strategic and financial matters
• Drive financial modeling, valuation, and investment analyses for clients and internal projects
• Contribute to shaping the evolving business of sport through CSM’s unique market insights

About CSM Ventures

In addition to our advisory services, CSM also operates its own investment vehicle, CSM Ventures – enabling us to invest directly in opportunities across the sports and media landscape.

Your Profile

• Strong academic and professional background in finance, investment banking, private equity or management consulting
• Deep interest in sport and media, ideally with proven sector experience
• Ability to combine analytical rigour with commercial creativity
