CSM hosted a dinner for Norwegian an Swedish partners at Friends Arena in Stockholm.
On the pitch the Swedish and Norwegian teams played a Euro 2020 qualification game.

On 21 January 2021 the succesful transaction of Setanta Sports Eurasias sales to Adjarasport was announced. The Setanta sport channel business cover 13 territories in Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Caucasus. Setanta Sports Eurasia has more than 150 distribution agreements with various platforms reaching 10 million homes.

Commercial Sports Media (CSM) provides strategic advise in sport and media industry, primarily focusing on media rights, and has recently assisted in M&A transactions.

Adjarasport is a member of the Adjara Group which has significant interests in hospitality, lifestyle development, sports betting, gaming and entertainment. Michael O’Rourke and Dwyer McCaughley will continue to advise Adjarasport and remain on the Board of Directors. The deal does not include Setanta Ukraine which will continue to be owned and operated by its existing shareholders.
